Patent Pending Notice

DeepAuth's verification technology is protected by one or more pending patent applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). The inventions described herein are the proprietary intellectual property of DeepAuth, Inc.

1. Multi-Layer Attestation System

DeepAuth's patent-pending multi-layer attestation system provides a novel approach to content authentication and authorship verification. The system creates a layered chain of cryptographic proofs that collectively establish the provenance, timing, and authenticity of digital content. Each attestation layer independently contributes to the overall trust score of a submission, creating a composite verification that is significantly more robust than any single-factor authentication method.

The attestation chain includes temporal proofs, device fingerprinting, behavioral analysis, self-attestation declarations, and optional blockchain anchoring, each cryptographically linked to form an immutable verification record.

2. Behavioral Biometrics Analysis

Our patent-pending behavioral biometrics technology captures and analyzes unique patterns of user interaction during the content creation and submission process. These behavioral signatures — including typing dynamics, mouse movement patterns, scrolling behavior, and interaction timing — create a unique biometric profile that can be used to verify that a human authored the content and to link submissions to their creator without requiring invasive biometric data collection.

3. Temporal Proof of Authorship

DeepAuth's temporal proof system establishes cryptographically verifiable timestamps that prove when content was created, modified, and submitted. Unlike simple timestamps, our temporal proofs incorporate entropy from multiple independent sources, creating a temporal attestation that is resistant to backdating and manipulation. This technology enables creators to establish priority of authorship with mathematical certainty.

4. Trust Scoring Algorithm

Our patent-pending trust scoring algorithm synthesizes multiple verification signals into a single, interpretable trust score. The algorithm evaluates identity verification tier, attestation completeness, behavioral biometric confidence, temporal proof strength, device consistency, and blockchain anchoring status. The weighted scoring system adapts dynamically based on the verification context, providing contextually appropriate trust assessments.
